What States is for
States is the top level of Circulation geography used when maintaining Districts and Mandals.
Find and open
Open Circulation -> States. Search or sort State Name and State Code, then click a row.
Create
Choose Create and enter State Name. State Code is generated automatically.
Source Open and Create
When States is used from a child lookup, source-aware controls can open the selected State and preserve inline Create where available.
