Edition Centers
Edition Centers are circulation operating centers associated with Branches and reused by downstream Circulation functions.
What Edition Centers is for
Edition Centers identifies circulation operating centers used by downstream distribution activity in AkshaERP.
An Edition Center is associated with a Branch and can be selected by other Circulation functions according to user access and configuration.
Find and open an Edition Center
Open Circulation and choose Edition Centers.
The list shows Edition Center Name and Branch Name. Use search and sorting, then click the row.
Create an Edition Center
Choose Create, enter Edition Center Name, optional Description and Branch, then Save and confirm.
Branch lookup Open and Create
The Branch lookup can let authorized users open the selected Branch or create a missing Branch from the lookup.
Safe maintenance
Edition Centers can be referenced by Agents, Dispatch Routes, Indents, Print Orders, Receipts and other Circulation processes.
