AkshaERP supports

Access Management capabilities at a glance

AkshaERP Access Management supports controlled user identities, reusable roles, permission-driven responsibilities, multi-organization access, operating-location access and default working context.

  • Users and reusable business roles
  • Role-based function and permission control
  • Organization-scoped user access
  • Branch, warehouse and store access
  • Business structure such as Business Units, Departments, Sites and Cost Centers
  • Default organization and location working context

What Access Management does

Access Management provides the administration layer for user identities and business access in AkshaERP.

It helps organizations separate responsibilities while still supporting multiple companies, branches, warehouses and stores in the same ERP environment.

  • Create and maintain ERP users.
  • Assign business roles to users.
  • Control the functions and permissions available through those roles.
  • Assign one or more organizations to a user.
  • Assign branches, warehouses and stores within the user’s permitted organizations.
  • Maintain default working context so users start in the right organization and location.

Why this matters in a multi-entity ERP

A user may need access to one company, several companies, one branch, or specific operating locations. AkshaERP keeps these assignments on the user instead of assuming that every login should see every entity.

This is useful for shared service teams, multi-branch companies, centralized finance teams, warehouse users, store users and administrators who work across more than one organization.
